Returns:
Upon receiving the order from VYNG, customers have 7 days to initiate a return if the product does not meet the following requirements:
Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, please accept our sincere apologies. To initiate a return, please email our support team at weyoungsupport@vyng.in and provide an image of the product. Once validated, we will initiate the return process. Please ensure the product has not been used and retains its original labels.
Damaged Product Received: If you receive a damaged product, please send an image to our support team at weyoungsupport@vyng.in. Once verified, we will initiate the return request.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges if you are dissatisfied with the fit of the product, as we believe fit is crucial in fashion. To initiate an exchange, please email our support team at weyoungsupport@vyng.in. Once validated, we will arrange for the exchange. Please ensure the product has all original labels and has not been used.
Refund:
At VYNG WE YOUNG, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process.
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 15 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
